Oolong Ti Kwan Yin Tea

Also known as (Tiequanyin) is a premium variety of oolong from the Fujian province and is named after the Chinese Goddess of Mercy, the female embodiment of the Bodhisattva of Compassion. It goes through many detailed steps to make this special tea that has a light green to golden brew with a delicate green and slightly toasted flavor with lingering floral notes.
