Where is ZenTea located?

Our Tea House address: 5356 Peachtree Rd. Chamblee, GA 30341.
Hours of Operation: Sunday to Thursday 11am to 4pm.
Friday and Saturday 10am to 5pm.
Outdoor patio and zen garden seating is available.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our product you may return items within 30 days from the time of your order. Please contact us to request a return and we will credit your purchase minus 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return items. We do not provide replacement or refund for items broken or damaged after use.

What is your refund procedure?

Contact us at zenteaatl@gmail.com to request return approval. We will need your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once we approve the refund. Your original payment method will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying any shipping fees when returning the item to us.
Ship returns to the following address: ZenTea- 5356 Peachtree Road, Chamblee, GA 30341.
Once we have received the returned product in good condition your original payment method will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.
Please note: Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.

How do I register for a wholesale account?

We supply and support chefs, restaurants, mixologists, and coffee shops nationally, with our premium teas and specialty blends. To submit a wholesale request with ZenTea Wholesale visit www.tealeafwholesale.com.
