Organic Matcha Tin, (1.5oz / 42g)

20 1 cup servings per tin. Use 2g (1/2 tsp) per cup.

Our Organic Matcha is grown in Toyota and Kagoshima areas of Japan. High up in the mountains at 600m sea level, in cooler climates and mineral-rich volcanic soil.  It is shade grown, hand picked and slowly stone ground on granite mills, producing a bright emerald green color with intense flavor and high nutritional value.  It takes about 1 hour to grind 30-40 grams of Matcha. Savor this pure, pristine “live food” source.  Enjoy it, straight up, by adding 170-180 degree water and frothing with our handmade bamboo wisk or battery operated hand held electric frother.

Like things a little sweet and creamy?  Add honey or agave and frothed milk.
