Nothing captures the holiday spirit quite like sipping our special Holiday Tea, a warm blend of organic black Assam, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, ginger, and pepper. Enjoy it hot with a slice of orange or a splash of hot cider. Beyond the holiday season, this tea also makes a delicious Iced Latte.
To create an Iced Spiced Latte:
– place 5 tea bags in a quart-sized, heat-resistant container
– pour hot water over them, and steep for 4-5 minutes.
– remove the tea bags and chill the brewed tea in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours
– blend 3/4 cup of the chilled tea with 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 teaspoon of agave, and 3/4 cup of vanilla-flavored soy milk or coconut milk
– blend briefly, pour into a glass, and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of honey.
